At AIStoryToVideo.com, we respect the privacy of creators using our multi-scene storyboard and video generation studio. This policy outlines what data we collect and how we safeguard it.

1. Story Prompts & Generated Media

Text prompts submitted in guest mode are processed transiently to return 4-scene storyboard JSON structures. Rendered keyframes and stitched MP4 files are cached on encrypted Cloudflare R2 edge storage for fast delivery and automatically purged according to your account retention settings.

2. Account Authentication & Anti-Abuse Protection

When you sign in via Google OAuth to claim free starter credits, we store only your basic profile identifier and email address to manage credit balances and prevent automated bot abuse.

3. Payment Processing (Creem.io Merchant of Record)

All Pro Monthly Studio subscriptions ($19.90/month) and Credit Top-Up Pack purchases ($9.90 one-time) are processed securely by our authorized Merchant of Record, Creem (creem.io). We never collect or store raw payment card numbers on our servers.
